Temporary Human Resources RecruiterLocation: Escondido, CA
A growing organization in Escondido is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Recruiter to support their team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and motivated professional with experience in recruiting, onboarding, and human resources support.
Job Duties:
- Source, screen, and review candidate resumes
- Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews
- Coordinate communication between hiring managers and applicants
- Post job advertisements on various job boards and platforms
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and employee records
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and new hire orientation
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support additional HR projects and clerical tasks as needed
- Previous recruiting or human resources experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Contract role
- Located onsite in Escondido, San Diego
- Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
- 8:00am-5:00pm PST
- Compensation: $26.00-$30.00 per hour DOE
Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
