Company Overview
Partners Community Physicians Organization (PCPO) was established in 1994 as Partners Community HealthCare, Inc. (PCHI), shortly after the creation of Partners HealthCare System. PCPO is affiliated with internists, pediatricians, family practice physicians and a wide variety of specialists who provide care to more than 1.5 million patients.
To develop and integrate this diverse network, PCPO established a management services organization that provides the physicians with medical management services, quality improvement programs, data analysis, contracting, information systems and financial expertise. In all of these endeavors, PCPO's mission is to build a cohesive network of community-based physicians who are committed to providing exceptional and efficient patient care as members of an integrated academic health care system.
PCPO has recently located to the new Partners HealthCare building at Assembly Row in Somerville. This state-of-the-art facility offers a wonderful environment for working and collaborating. There are walls of windows with incredible natural daylight, flexible workspaces, and sit-stand desks for comfort.
Showers, day lockers, and bicycle storage are available and there's an on-site Orange Line MBTA stop. A childcare center will be completed by the end of 2017. Plus, Assembly Row itself is full of options for dining, shopping, or meeting up with friends and colleagues after work.
